The Alliance Party (TAP)
The Alliance Party, a new Political Party resulting from the merger of 9 independent parties, including ex Deomocrats and Republicans, approached me to design the user interface for their California website. One main goal was for it to be in alignment with their primary National site but have a "California" feel.
I designed the site to primarily feature news updates and highlight it's unique role alongside the permanent-information based National site. I worked within a small team which included an animator, a developer and a project manager. This project is currently in development. My roles Included:

Because the party is new, minimal visual content exists. I selected stock photography and made illustrations to elevate the written content and tell the story of a a group in it's early stages. To start I used pen and paper to map out the site-structure before designing it in Sketch.
